The Operator reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If satisfactory documentation is not provided, the Operator may suspend or permanently close the Account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending the outcome of identity checks.
Each User is permitted to register only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or otherwise fraudulent Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
4.1 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and update this information as required to keep it accurate. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach without delay.
4.3 Account Currency
Account currency options are as set out in the cashier at the time of registration. Pakistani Rupee (PKR) denominated balances and promotions may be available where supported. Currency availability is subject to operator configuration and may change.
4.4 Account Closure
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. If you are requesting closure for responsible-gambling reasons, please indicate this in your request and we will apply appropriate protections, including self-exclusion where requested.
Deposits may be made using the payment methods available in the 555y cashier at the time of the transaction. Available methods may include familiar Pakistani payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfer — subject to operator terms, method availability and compliance requirements at the time of deposit.
5.1 Minimum Deposits
Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method. Illustrative examples such as PKR 500 or PKR 1,000 may be shown in promotional materials — these are not guaranteed live minimum thresholds and are subject to change.
5.2 Deposit Processing
The Operator does not guarantee the processing times of any deposit. Processing times are dependent on the payment method, your bank or wallet provider, and applicable compliance procedures. The Operator is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment systems.
5.3 Source of Funds
By making a deposit, you represent and warrant that the funds are legally obtained and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. The Operator may request documentation evidencing the source of funds as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.

6.1 Processing Times
No specific withdrawal processing time is guaranteed. Processing depends on the method selected, identity verification status, AML review requirements and the processing schedules of the receiving payment provider. Users should allow sufficient time and retain transaction records.
6.2 Withdrawal Limits
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier and may vary by method. The Operator reserves the right to stage large withdrawal requests across multiple payment periods at its reasonable discretion.
6.3 Refused Withdrawals
The Operator reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or AML concern; (c) the withdrawal violates these Terms; or (d) a dispute is active on the Account.
All bonuses, welcome offers, reload promotions, free bets and other incentives offered by 555y are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms.
7.1 Illustrative Figures
Promotional amounts referenced on the 555y Platform — such as "100% match up to PKR 25,000" or "Sports Starter up to PKR 10,000" — are illustrative examples. They are not live guarantees of available promotions and are subject to change without prior notice. Always verify current promotions in the promotions section of the Platform.
7.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount or to a combined deposit and bonus amount, as specified. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — consult the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.
7.3 Bonus Expiry
Bonuses that are not activated within the specified claim window, or for which the Wagering Requirement has not been completed within the validity period, will expire and be removed from the Account. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's terms.
7.4 Bonus Abuse
The Operator reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from bonuses and close Accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic exploitation of promotions, creation of multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated wagering patterns designed to arbitrage bonus terms, or any other conduct the Operator reasonably determines to constitute abuse.
All games and betting markets available on the Platform are governed by their respective Game Rules, which are available within each game environment. Users are responsible for understanding the applicable rules before participating.
8.1 Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, error or connectivity failure during gameplay, bets or rounds affected by the malfunction may be rendered void. The Operator shall not be liable for losses attributable to third-party technical failures, internet connectivity issues or device malfunctions on the User's side.
8.2 Bet Acceptance
A bet or wager is not considered accepted until confirmed by the Platform's systems. No verbal or written instruction from a user representative creates a binding obligation outside the Platform's automated bet-acceptance flow.
8.3 Sports Betting Markets
Sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20, ICC tournaments, football and UFC — are offered as entertainment context. The Operator is not affiliated with, endorsed by or in partnership with the PCB, PSL, ICC, any cricket board, football association or UFC organisation. Market availability is subject to change.

Upon termination for cause, the Operator may withhold Account balances pending the outcome of investigation and may forfeit bonus funds. Real-money balances that are confirmed as legitimately obtained may be returned to the User following satisfactory completion of AML/KYC checks, at the Operator's discretion.

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is governed by the 555y Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
The Operator collects personal data that may include your name, date of birth, contact information, payment details and identity verification documents. This data is processed for the purposes of account administration, KYC/AML compliance, fraud prevention and, where you have consented, direct marketing communications.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed, as applicable. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with all local laws. The Operator makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or lawfully available for use in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.
The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
